Almond oil is one of the best oils for body massage. It gets absorbed easily, is non-greasy, and prevents dryness. You can also use it for head massage.
Method: Take four tablespoons of almond oil and apply it to your skin. Now, massage your body for about 10 minutes and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Use a tissue or towel to wipe off the excess oil. Do this every day for soft, nourished, and hydrated skin.
